So Ian Bell can score 159- more than the enitre India 2nd Innings, Bresnan can hit 90 and get fiifer in one day and Dohni can perform a supreme act of sportsmanship when his team are up against it AND STILL man of the match is Broad with a hatrick, 8 wickets for 76 runs across the match and 64 runs. Shows what a good game it was and how solid Engalnd were. WORLD NUMBER 1 FOR SURE!
P.S My team for Edgbaston: Drop Morgan, bring in another bowler. Apart from 70 (in lets be honest, kind conditions against a team who had just about given up) he’s strugged this series. and quite frankly with Prior, Bresnan, Broad and Swann all firing we can afford to add another dimension to the bowling attack. perhaps a chance to blood a younger bowler?
